Choice Mobility was set up with the intention of providing quality Wheelchair Accessible Cars at a competitive price. We personally understand the freedom that a quality WAV can bring. We also know what the stress is like to have a car that is constantly giving problems, and we also know how a well maintained car can bring peace of mind.

Choice Mobility came to be after a family member required a wheelchair accessible car. We applied for the Primary Medical Certificate. After a short wait, our application was successful.

 It was then that we began our search for a new car. We looked at was currently available in the Irish marketplace, and, we weren’t satisfied with the selection that was on offer.

So we decided to look elsewhere and we found some amazing cars, with the level of luxury and the specifications that we wanted.

The array of vehicles that was on offer did not include Diesel cars though, so I am afraid that if it is a Diesel car that you require, then we will not be able to help you. But having said that, seeing as Diesel cars are actually beginning to be penalised now, we don’t think that this will be a problem to many of you that are looking for a new car.

So what exactly can we here at Choice Mobility offer you?

Well, our cars first of all range in engine sizes right from 6660cc all the way up to and including 3.5 litres in engine capacity.

They include petrol engines, hybrid engines and fully electric.

We offer minivans that have dual functionality. They offer full 1 or 2 wheelchair capacity that have rear passenger or central passenger positions. We also offer electric swivel seat in either front or mid passenger positions.

You will also find that a lot of the cars that are being reviewed on our site are aimed at either, petrol, hybrid or electric cars. There is a particular reason for this, as the E.U. moves to tighten more and more the regulations that govern car emissions, we believe that Diesel cars will slowly, but surely be pushed out, and hybrid and electric given even more tax breaks.

Our ultimate mission is to unify and improve the mobility equipment industry and help people with disabilities lead happy, healthy and more mobile lifestyles through the use of quality new and used wheelchair accessible vehicles.
